Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the items in their original box, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
